Inspiration Fellowship

From God's lips to a prison journal; from journal to fruition, the Lord made it clear that He was going to help us create an atmosphere of worship and fellowship to unite our community. His plan was to take the focus off of having church and turning our attention to being the Church.

When others have said, "The churches don't communicate, and the denominational lines are too big to overcome," Inspiration has seen participation from dozens of churches in the past year. Hospitality teams, worship groups, and pastors have freely offered their service to build this community.

Our Thursdays have featured music and testimonials from missionaries around the country, food prepared by local restaurants, and testimonies from those coming out of prison whose lives are a true witness of the transforming power of Jesus Christ.

We have been so blessed to see men and women give their lives to Christ these nights. We have seen people be healed, spiritually and physically. We have seen the presence God manifest itself in true worship as Christians from many different backgrounds lift up the name of Jesus in one accord.

Come check us out at the next Inspiration Fellowship event!

  • david owen"The newsletter is an integral part of my daily spiritual walk in prison. I don’t say that lightly and here’s why: “For I know the thoughts I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not evil, to give you a future and a hope” (Jeremiah 29:11 NKJV). The newsletter is primarily written by prisoners and ex-prisoners for more
